How long will it take to receive my sign?
Production usually requires 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of your design. Shipping duration will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
How do I install the sign?
Position the Sign: Hold the sign in the desired location and use a level to ensure it is straight.
Mark the Holes: Use a pencil to mark the positions of the mounting holes on the wall.
Install Anchors: Drill holes at the marked positions and insert wall anchors to provide a secure hold.
Mount the Standoffs: Screw the standoff bases into the wall anchors securely.
Install the Sign: Attach the sign to the standoff bases using the standoff caps, ensuring it is firmly mounted.
Do I need to plug in the sign?
Yes, our LED signs require a power source. Each sign comes with a power adapter and cord for easy plug-in use.
What materials are the signs made of?
The material we use will depend on your logo / design and the size you pick.
We use the following materials; acrylic sheet, stainless steel, UV printing and LED light on the back.
Package includes screws, anchors, stand offs and AC/AD adapter.
Do you offer a warranty on the signs?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. For more details, please refer to our warranty policy.
Can I install the sign outdoors? Is it waterproof?
Our signs are designed for indoor use and are not waterproof if you want them to light up.
However, if you choose the "no light" option, the sign can be safely installed outdoors.
